We recommend reservations for our a la carte and prix fix meals on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. You can reserve a table and join us in our dining room or on one of our covered patios for a meal carefully prepared and served to you as we so love to do.
Our enclosed patios are utilized year-round for dinner service and are warmed by propane heaters during the cooler months.
Please note that we are often closed for private events.

Saturday Dinner
Prix Fixe, 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm- $110

Sunday Supper
Prix Fixe, 5:30 pm-9 pm-$100 (Wine Included)
A relaxed set menu of four courses, plated individually.
A carafe of wine is included as part of the meal.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGIES
Please make note of any applicable dietary restrictions or allergies when you make your reservation. We can accommodate most requests and will modify menu items whenever possible, including nights with prix fixe menus.
PARKING
We have a small designated lot in front of our building located on Corson Ave S. You will need to drive over the curb to access the lot. Please do not block other cars. Additional parking can be found on Airport Way or in the Alley to the East of The Corson Building. Parking is limited in the area so please plan extra time for the possibility of having to find off-site parking.
VENDORS
If you are working an event, please use our lot to load in/out and then park off-site in the surrounding neighborhood.
STYLED SHOOTS Use of the venue for a styled photo shoot can be requested at events@thecorsonbuilding.com Dates are limited and the minimum daily rate varies.
ABOUT US
The Corson Building opened its doors as a restaurant in 2008. Originally built in the first part of the last century, the building was constructed as a home. Initially intended as such, we have honored that mentality in its current incarnation as an eatery as well as an event space.
Anchored by a deep respect and connection for this magnificent region we call home, we strive to offer a dining experience unique to the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by the natural abundance that surrounds us and the dynamic and vibrant city we live in, The Corson Building is designed to celebrate all that these things have to offer.
The ever-changing bounty of our local ecosystem—in concert with thoughtfully sourced ingredients from afar—are the backbone of what we do. Our food and beverage menus are wholly inspired by years of building relationships with the farmers, wine makers, importers, foragers and artisans that we love, honor and respect.
